Unless I have missed something, missing Data Guard New Features. Page 3 is useful with different names for software downloads.

This book covers the 12c R2 new features very nicely...It is neither too detailed and nor too light...Good job Bob and Robert !!

Wow! In 2014, Robert Freeman asked me to review his new “Oracle Database 12c New Features” book. I was the first person to review that book, and it looks like I am now the first to review this great new edition!As background, I have taught core Oracle courses for nearly two decades, and I write all my own courseware. I have taught more new features courses at 12c than I did for 8, 8i, 9i, 10g, and 11g combined. In fact, I have probably taught more 12c New Features course than any other instructor with the possible exception of a specialized Oracle-contracted trainer.I am about 95% finished updating my 12c New Features courseware for Release 2. Whenever I am writing new features courseware, I always try to look at Robert Freeman’s Oracle Press books for important insights he (or now he and Bob Bryla) have.This book is right on point. It is a happy medium between overview and deep dive, and I highly recommend it.If you are considering this book, I have a question that you can answer at TerryWStough@gmail.com. Oracle now offers a course covering new features for Release 1 and a separate course covering new features for release 2. The question is: If you were looking for training on 12c New Features, would you be looking for a course covering new features for Release 1 and Release 2 combined or just Release 2? Great book, gave me inside to changes in ORACLE database. IT's written like for me, same language I can understand. I'm also Oracle OCP DBA and like the style. One thing this book is missing. It's written by American to Americans. I am Polish and the direction the changes are going iis not adequate to the level of developpment of my country. Some changes seem to be sf. This would require some explanations "what is it for".
